Lleida.net signs an agreement in Peru with Compartamos Fina

Madrid, 20 December. The technology services company Lleida.net has signed an agreement with the banking institution Compartamos Financiera, in Peru, which will enable the esignature of micro-loans for women.  

Compartamos, which operates since 1992 in the Andean country is a bank that since its inception has been committed to social responsibility.

The banking institution specializes, among other products, in offering micro finance programs such as group loans to women providing their financial inclusion.

Lleida.net technology is key to facilitate this task among little digitalized groups.

"This is a strategic alliance with a financial sector company focused on micro finance that is constantly involved in financial inclusion projects," says Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net.

One of the bank's programs is the Super Mujer group loan, focused on collective loans of approximately 12 women in each group, who have a shared responsibility for compliance, have similar characteristics in residence, ties, tastes and preferences, common interests.

"We have common objectives to enhance the development of communities in different areas, achieving a supportive solidarity and commitment virtuous circle, that brings added value,” says Sisco Sapena. 

The technology the company is dual listed on the Alternative Stock Market in Madrid and the Euronext Growth in Paris.

Within the first nine months of this year Lleida.net reached sales of 9.43 million euros, which represents an increase of 1% compared to the previous year figures. The gross operating profit (EBITDA) was 1,47 million euros, with a growth of 10%.

At present, the company has 107 patents worldwide on certification methods. Over 70 countries recognize the legal validity of electronic methods to certify legal notifications in contracting processes.
