Lleida.net recorded sales of 13.66 million euros during 201

Madrid, 30 April .- The IT company Lleida.net (BME: LLN, EURONEXT: ALLLN) registered sales of 13.66 million euros during 2019, according to the audited results  presented this morning to the market

This figure represents an increase of 11% compared to the results for 2018, in which it sold 12.3 million euros.

The company, which is dual listed on the Alternative Stock Market in Madrid and Euronext Growth segment, posted a gross margin of 7,054 million euros during the period, a 52 percent margin over sales.

These are the best results since it was listed on the MAB in mid-2015.

Since the  beginning of the year , the company's shares have appreciated by 69 percent, and the IT company is already worth more than 27 million euros on the stock market. It is  trading at 1.74 euros on the MAB and in Paris.

Lleida.net is one of the leading companies in the European market in the certified electronic notification and contracting industry. 

The pillars of its  business model are internationalization, innovation and the commitment to intellectual property, which has led the company to obtain 111 patents worldwide.

Founded 25 years ago, it became in 2018 the first provider to obtain the qualified service for certified electronic delivery service from the European EIDAS regulation, providing framework for regulating electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the European Union territory.

Currently, over 70 countries recognize the legal validity of electronic methods to certify legal notifications in contracting processes.

Among them are the European Union, the United States, Australia, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, New Zealand, Japan, China, Israel, Taiwan, South Africa or the United Arab Emirates.

During 2019, it improved its EBIDTA by 34 percent during the period and exceeded 2.2 million euros.

According to the audited results presented today, the net operating profit of the company was 1,102 million euros, more than double  the previous year.

Profit before taxes reached 1,099 million.

The company's liquidity has grown from 1.8 to 2.4 million euros, derived from the cash flow generated by the group's activity.

Net financial debt decreased significantly, from 1.88 in 2018 to 1.1 million in 2019.

The company has grown over the years significantly in commercial terms, not only domestically but internationally, reinforcing its presence in Latin America with a focus on Colombia, as well as expanding its activity in Africa and Europe. 

Recently,it  has signed contracts with companies such as La Liga, Ria Financial Services, the insurer Zurich in Germany, Segurcaixa Adeslas in Spain or Compartamos Confianza in Peru.

Additionally, Lleida.net has taken full advantage of the opportunities that have arisen in the wholesale telecommunications market thanks to its global interconnection network. 

Interconnection agreements signed with the Asian telephone companies China Mobile and China Telecom have been especially important as well as the licence granted by Subtel that has allowed the subsidiary Lleidanet Chile Spa to become a Telecom operator in that Latin American country.

Last Monday it reported the results preview corresponding to the 1Q 2020, and recorded 43 percent more sales, than in the same period of the previous year, reaching a turnover of 4,046 million euros.
