Lleida.net General Meeting to vote its first-ever dividend

Madrid, 8 June - The General Shareholders Meeting of Lleida.net (BME: LLN, EURONEXT: ALLLN) will vote tomorrow on the first dividend distribution in the history of the company.
On 26 March , the company's Board of Directors recommended distributing dividends for the first time, as a result of the good results obtained by the company in the last year.

In 2019, Lleida.net recorded an Ebidta of 2.22 million euros, 32% above the previous year, and a turnover of 13.66 million, 11% more than in 2018.

In all, the company expects to distribute a net Euro cent per share, or a total of more than 160,000 euros, corresponding to the approximately 16 million shares of the company that are listed on the Madrid Alternative Stock Market, and on Euronext Growth, in Paris. If approved, the distribution will take place in the last week of June.

The General Meeting of Shareholders of the listed company will be held by electronic means, as a consequence of the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the state of alarm decreed in Spain. This was communicated to the market, through Relevant Information, on June 4.
