Management Financial Group (MFG) contracts Lleida.net elect

ronic contracting and notification services for Spain and other three European countries

Madrid, 22 June.- The European financial services group Management Financial Group (MFG) Group has contracted Lleida.net registered contracting and notification services of Lleida.net (BME: LLN; EPA: ALLN) to communicate with its clients in Spain and three other Eastern European countries: Romania, Poland and Bulgaria

From now on, MFG, which operates in six European countries, and has over 8,300 employees distributed across Europe, will use the patented technology of the Spanish listed company to notify registered financial transactions.

MFG, which operates through 450 offices in Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Ukraine and Spain is a group of companies specialized in offering non-bank financial services.
It offers consumer finance and loans to small and medium-sized companies, and owns the registered trademarks Axi Cards, ICredit and EasyCredit.
“Lleida.net's registered electronic notification and contracting methods are internationally operational and offer legal certainty, which will allow our new client, whom we welcome to the company's family, to register significant operational savings and grow faster ”, explained Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company.
“The emergency situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that the financial and banking sector has a great deal to gain from the rapid implementation of technologies such as those created by Lleida.net,” said Sapena.
Earlier this month, the listed company announced the signing of the debt balance notification contract with the Spanish financial entity Ibercaja.
From now on, the bank will use the company's proprietary email and text message certification systems to automatically notify its customers of their negative account balances.
In the banking sector, it renders its services to Wizink, Bankinter, Banco Pichincha, Compartamos Financiera in Peru, or Banco Santander, among others.
As a European leader in the Digital Signature industry, Lleida.net is listed on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) in Madrid and on Euronext Growth in Paris, where it registered record highs last week.

On 9 June, the General Shareholders' Meeting of LLeida.net voted to distribute dividends for the first time in its history.
At the General Shareholders' Meeting, which was held electronically as a consequence of due to current health emergency, the shareholders who were present, corresponding to 67% of the company's capital, have agreed to distribute one net Euro cent per share.

These dividends will be distributed next Friday, June 26, and all investors who are shareholders of the company at the close of today's market are entitled to them.
