United States grants Lleida.net three new trademarks

Madrid, 5 August- The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted Lleida.net (BME:LLN;EPA:ALLLN) the registration of three new trademarks, which will cover the company's eSignature services in the U.S.

In particular, the trademarks granted by USPTO to the Spanish listed company will cover Lleida.net's Click&Sign, Openum and Blockchain services in the United States.

The concessions for all of them are for successive periods of 10 years.

'We have a clear strategy to enter the United States market, where the e-signature industry is growing in leaps and bounds, and this is a new step on that path,' explained Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company.

The United States is one of the main target markets in the company's internationalization strategy.

Last week, the company announced its intention to go public on the New York Stock Exchange, in the OTCQX segment of the OTC Markets Group.

On14  September, the General Shareholders' Meeting will meet to vote and approve this OTC listing. If approved, Lleida.net will become the first company in the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) to be listed at the same time in Madrid, Euronext Growth in Paris and United States.

Lleida.net is qualified to trade in OTCQX as its shares are traded in Euronext Growth, in Paris.

After years of strengthening its commitment towards intellectual property and internationalization, the company already has a portfolio of 182 patents on digital reporting and contracting methods worldwide.

Over 50 countries on five continents, including the United States, the European Union, China, Russia, India and Japan have granted patents to  the company's innovations in registered electronic notification and contracting solutions.

So far this year, the company's shares have risen above 344% on the Madrid Stock Exchange and were trading at yesterday's close at 4.44 euros.

The company's stock market capitalization now exceeds 71 million euros
