Lleida.net's new contract with Redex SA to yield €500,000 a

Madrid, 3 April. The publicly traded Spanish firm Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) has secured a contract with Latin American company Redex SAS valued at €500,000 per year.

Under the terms of the agreement, the technology company will provide Redex Group with its services for notification, electronic signature, and contracting, granting them access to its full range of products.

Redex Group is a Colombian company specialising in comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, established as a significant player in the sector and one of Lleida.net's key partners in Colombia.

Sisco Sapena, CEO of the company, explained, "Colombia continues to be an important market for Lleida.net, where we will continue to grow and invest. This contract demonstrates the positive growth and rapid sales recovery we are experiencing in the company."

Lleida.net has been operating in Colombia since 2014 and boasts a portfolio of over 200 clients in the country, including Bancolombia, one of the leading financial entities in the country, and Seguros Mundial.

The company holds a total of 309 patents in more than 60 countries for its innovations in the field of registered electronic signature, notification, and contracting.

Its growth strategy revolves around a robust policy of intellectual property development and R&D, as well as strengthening its internationalisation policy.

Founded in 1995, the company made its debut on BME Growth in 2015, on the Madrid Stock Exchange.

Subsequently, it listed on Euronext Growth Paris in 2018, and on the OTC Markets of New York in 2020. Its shares are also traded on the Frankfurt and Stuttgart stock exchanges.
