Lleida.net completes 100% of its Loyalty Plan, in a transac

tion worth over 225,000 Euros

Madrid, 24 September . – The Spanish listed company Lleida.net (BME) (EPA) (OTCQX) has successfully completed 100% of the "Lleida.net 2024 Plan," launched by its CEO, Sisco Sapena, to reward the loyalty of employees, shareholders, and company partners.

 
 
 

 

The Off-Market Share Sale Plan covered the entirety of the initial 100,000 shares and an additional 100,000 shares, at a price of €1.145 per share.

The total value of the transaction amounts to €226,356.

As part of the transaction, in addition to a share, shareholders acquire four call options exercisable over the next two years at the same price.

Following the transaction, Sisco Sapena remains the largest shareholder of Lleida.net, controlling 34.64% of the company's shares; 33.89% directly and 0.75% indirectly.

In the first half of 2024, the company reported revenues of €9.57 million, 10% higher than those recorded in the first half of 2023.

This growth, seen across nearly all the company's business lines, is a result of the structural changes implemented by the company in late 2023 and early 2024, which have now been consolidated.

As of the end of the first half of the year, the company’s EBITDA reached €1.43 million, an increase of 458% compared to the same period in 2023.

Founded in 1995, Lleida.net has been publicly traded since 2015. It is listed on BME Growth in Madrid, Euronext Growth in Paris, and OTC Markets in New York, as well as in Frankfurt.

In November 2023, the company presented a Comprehensive Recovery Plan aimed at returning the company to a path of growth, as reflected by these figures.

The company has received more than 300 patents from 60 countries for its innovations in certified notification, contracting, and electronic signature services, and is regarded as one of the leaders in the industry.
