Lleida.net listed on Euronext Growth 19 Dec 2018

Madrid, 14 December. - Lleida.net, the technological services company will become next 19 December the only Spanish dual listed company in Euronext and in the Alternative Stock Market (MAB).

Euronext has informed the company of the positive decision of its corresponding committees and announced that Lleida.net will start quoting next Wednesday in the Euronext Growth segment for dual listing.

On 19 December, at a ceremony that will take place at the Euronext headquarters in La Defense, Paris, the CEO and the Board of Directors of Lleida.net will preside the traditional opening bell ringing. 

After the pan-European flotation, the company's shares will be traded on the European stock exchange and in the MAB, where the company is listed since November 2015, with independent prices in both markets

"To be listed on the Euronext Growth represents the culmination not only of a dream, but of a conscious Europeanization policy central to our business model. We strongly believe that, in the near future, many other companies will accompany us on the path we have opened and will join the European stock market, "explained Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company.

Euronext Growth is the Euronext market that allows small and medium enterprises to access European capital. As a multilateral trading platform, it allows to operate simultaneously in the Paris, Lisbon and Brussels stock markets.

It is a pan-European stock exchange, based in Amsterdam, composed of five market places in the Paris, Brussels, Lisbon, Dublin, as well as Amsterdam. It also includes the Euronext LIFFE (London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange), the international market for financial futures and options in London.

After the completion of the "Euronext 2018" loyalty plan, announced on 19 November , the company's founder and CEO, Sisco Sapena will remain the majority shareholder of the company, with 44.34% of the shares.

The investor group composed of SEPI Desarrollo Empresarial S.A. S.M.E., Cántabro Catalana de Inversiones S.A. and the Empresa Nacional de Innovación S.A. S.M.E (ENISA) is the second largest shareholder, with 21.27% of the shares. In addition, the Institut Català de Finances has 3.7%. The free float of the company is 30.69%.

At yesterday´s closing, the market value was 1,02 euros per share and the capitalization of the company was 15,89 million euros. The company's shares have been revalued by 47,76 percent since the beginning of the year.

During the first nine months of 2018, Lleida.net sales exceeded 9.3 million euros, with an Ebitda of over 1.4 million euros, 43% in the same period of 2017.

Founded in Lleida, the company moved its headquarters to Madrid in October 2017. It is the leading registered operator in Spain, with more than 360 interconnection agreements in more than 150 countries.

The company has been granted with over 75 patents on certification methods, contracting and electronic notifications in international markets such as the United States, China, Japan and the European Union, just to mention some.

With offices in Madrid, Lleida, London, Miami and Bogota and branch offices in Ireland, Brazil, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, India, Chile and Guatemala, their patents allow the company to reach a market that could help meet the needs of 2,900 million people.
