Peru and the Dominican Republic to accredit Lleida.net's e

Signature and eNotification processes

Madrid, 24 September 2 - The National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property of Peru (INDECOPI) and the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel) of the Dominican Republic have accredited Lleida.net (BME:LLN;EPA:ALLLN) registered notification and contracting services in their  countries.

On the one hand, the Peruvian regulatory body, which supervises consumer services, competition, intellectual property and digital services in the country, has accredited Lleida.net's electronic notification, digital contracting and eKYC (Know Your Customer) services in the country through its subsidiary Lleidanet Peru.

Likewise, the Dominican regulator INDOTEL has attested  Lleidanet Dominicana as a Certification Authority for registered electronic notification and contracting services and has become the first and only accredited company in the country to offer registered communications services

"These two accreditations show that Lleida.net's work in Latin America is being recognized  by the countries in the region, and that our internationalization strategy is still strong even in these current troubled times.  ", explained Sisco Sapena, Lleida.net CEO.

Both Peru and the Dominican Republic combine a powerful banking and insurance industry, which are among  the sectors with the largest consumption of Lleida.net registered notification and contracting products.

Nowadays, more than 70 countries recognize Lleida.net electronic methods as valid to attest legal notices in contracting processes.

Considered the European leader in the Digital Signature industry, the company has been granted 185 patents worldwide about certification methods, notification, reception and online contracting. In the  last month, Lleida.net announced the Board's approval to go public for the third time, on this occasion  in New York, in the OTCQX segment of the OTC market, after BME Growth and Euronext Growth.

At yesterday’s closing, the market value was 8.35 euros per share and the capitalization of the company was 134-02  million euros.
