Colombian national postal service to renew contract with Ll

Madrid, 2  October .- Colombia's official postal service,4-72  has renewed its eSignature contract with Lleida.net, thus providing its service to all citizens in the country

Since February 2015, Lleida.net is the exclusive provider of registered electronic communications for the Colombian company.  

Colombia is a key market for Lleida.net, to spearhead  its expansion in Latin America.

The company opened a subsidiary  Bogotá in 2014 and nowadays has a portfolio of  200 clients in the country, including Bancolombia.

Just last August, the company won Bancolombia's project to provide contracting services and registered electronic notification services to its clients.

"For us, Colombia has always been the gateway to the Latin American market. It is an important market where we are going to keep growing and investing, with the objective of helping digitize the country's economy," said Sisco Sapena, Lleida.net's CEO and founder.

Lleida.net shares are traded at BME Growth and at Euronext Growth in Paris.

Moreover, the company's General Shareholders Meeting approved the company's IPO in New York, in the OTCQX segment of the OTC Markets.

At yesterday's market close, the company's shares were trading in Madrid at 9,35 euros, with a capitalization of more than 150 million euros.
