Lleida.net to create a subsidiary in Dubai to provide ser

Barcelona, 31 May 2017.- Lleida.net, the leading company in the field of electronic notification and certification, has established a joint venture with Contec Technologies. Contec Technologies is a company from the United Arab Emirates with an extensive experience in the implementation of digital services in emerging markets,  and will operate under the name of Lleida.net MENA  The new company is owned by  a 25% by Lleida.net, will leverage Contec Technologies' knowledge, presence and business relationships in the Middle East, Asia and Africa to facilitate the introduction of Lleida.net services in the region.

Enjoying a  solid presence in Latin America, Lleida.net is now committed to implement a  global expansion strategy in emerging markets and in developed countries in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. The joint venture, heaquartered in the United Arab Emirates, will offer electronic notification and contracting services via SMS, email and also through Connectaclick ,the definite onlinecontracting  platform, as well as identity verification solutions.

In addition to the development of this joint venture, Lleida.net has reached an agreement with Contec Technologies to become its provider of SMS solutions for its mobile payment services NowNow! and for  its contracting processes for payment services, in Nigeria, Zimbabwe and Afghanistan.
