Lleida.net Board of Directors agree to transfer its registe

Barcelona, October 7, 2017.- The Board of Directors of Lleida.net, a company specialized in electronic certification and notification, met today in an extraordinary session and unanimously approved the transfer of its registered office, which is currently in Lleida, to Madrid.

Lleida.net adopts this decision to reduce the risks beyond the control of the company, such as the possible loss of the European operator status, the numbering, the European certifications obtained or in the process of being obtained, as well as the changes in the conditions of the interconnection agreements obtained under that status.

The transfer of the registered office does not involve movement of employees and the company will continue to carry out its activity in absolutely normal conditions.
