Lleida.net (BME: LLN) improves its EBIDTA by 1080% in the

Madrid, July 16, 2018.- Lleida.net (BNE: LLN) improved its EBIDTA by 1080% during the first half of 2018: 378,000 euros over the figures recorded in the first half of 2017.

According to the results of the company of the first half of the year, announced today, the EBITDA of Lleida.net in the first half of 2018 was 916,000 euros.

This amount represents an increase of 84% over the first half of 2017, when it amounted to 526,000.

During the first half of the year, the company recorded sales of more than 6.2 million euros, more than one and a half million (or 34%) over the last recorded period.

It is important to note that this growth has been driven by the rise in sales of Software as a Service (SaaS), which increased by 32% compared to the second quarter of 2017.

This increase is partly due to the efforts developed by the IT company to provide service after the entry into force of the new General Data Protection Regulation. This new standard has allowed Lleida.net to set up processes intended for key customers, thus providing new recurring revenues.

Wholesale sales also continued to grow to one and a half million euros, 69% higher than in the first half of 2017.

Thanks to the optimization and cost reduction policy implemented by the company, the result before taxes of Lleida.net was positive and exceeded 275 thousand euros, multiplying by five the result of 2017. The gross margin exceeded three million euros, which implies a rise of 17% (or 431,000 euros) in relation to the first half of 2017.

The company share has been revalued by 65.67% since January 1, 2018, and is quoted at € 1.11, or its maximum contribution point in two years. The current capitalization of the company exceeds 18 million euros.

Lleida.net, which is listed on the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) since 2015, has strengthened its position as the leading registered operator in the Spanish market.

The company has more than 70 electronic certification patents over the world, including the EU, Colombia, China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, South Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council and it is currently engaged in a robust international expansion plan.
