RIA engages Lleida.net eNotification services in Germany an

Madrid, January 28.-The Spanish IT company Lleida.net has been selected by the multinational RIA Payment Institutions to provide contracting and electronic notification services at its subsidiaries in Germany and Austria.

RIA, a subsidiary of Euronet Wordwide, and listed on the Nasdaq, will manage thanks to Lleida.net technology its sales channels and franchises in those two European markets.

RIA financial services is one of the world leading money transfer companies providing the service in 380,000 locations in 160 countries.

This contract is relevant in consolidating  Software as a Service (SaaS) Lleida.net business line, which last year already grew by 18% reaching  a turnover of 3.7 million euros.

In Spain, the company offers certification products and services to banks and insurance companies such as Wizink, Bankinter or Zurich Insurance. 

Yesterday,  the shares of Lleida.net peaked at an all-time high at 1.37 euros a share in MAB.

Lleida.net assets have revalued 37% so far this year in Madrid, and its capitalization already reaches 21.99 million euros.

The company recorded an increase in its EBITDA of 32 % during 2019, reaching 2.22 million euros, in its best results since it was listed on the MAB, in mid-2015. The company, which turns  25  by the end of this week,  accumulates 15 quarters with positive EBITDA. In 2019, the company's sales registered an increase of 10%, up to 13.6 million euros.
