Lleida.net stocks will start trading in New York's OTCQX ne

Madrid,30  October.- Technology services company Lleida.net (BME:LLN; EPA:ALLLN) will be listed in New York, in the OTCQX Best Market segment of OTC Markets, next Monday, November 2nd. Lleida.net, whose shares have grown over 900 per cent during 2020, will become the first company to be listed at the same time in BME Growth (Madrid), Euronext Growth (Paris) and OTCQX in New York.

Its shares will be marketed under the ticker LLEIF. In the November 2nd ceremony, the company's CEO, Sisco Sapena, the mayor of Lleida, Miquel Pueyo, and the authorities of OTC Markets, will preside a virtual bell ringing that will be broadcasted by the market in all its digital channels.

"Quoting in OTCQX is a key step in our way to make Lleida.net a truly global company. We are convinced that this third IPO will allow United States investors to know and invest in Lleida.net and in the eSignature industry", assured Sapena. "We promised to go public before the North American elections, and it will be so", explained Sapena, who founded the company in 1995.

Last September 14, 99.86 per cent of the stockholders present at the General Shareholders' Meeting of the company expressed their approval of this IPO.

Lleida.net is present in Madrid Stock Exchange since 2015 and in Paris since 2018. With offices in Madrid, Lerida, London, Miami and Bogota and branches in Ireland, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Honduras, India, Chile and Guatemala, its services reach millions of people around the world every day.

The company has one of the strongest intellectual property portfolios in the eSignature industry worldwide, with over 187 patents.

More than 50 countries on five continents have granted the company recognition in recent years, including the European Union, the United States, China, Russia, India, Mexico, Japan, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, South Africa, Nigeria, Australia and New Zealand.

At yesterday's market close, its securities were exchanged in Madrid at 9.00 euros and in Paris at 8.70 euros. Its stock market capitalization exceeds 140 million euros.
