Lleida.net to be listed in NY today at 15.30 (CET)

Madrid, 2 November - The technology services company Lleida.net, which is dual listed on the Madrid and Paris stock exchanges, will go public today in New York at 15.00  (CET) - 9:30 CEST

It will be at the OTCQX Best Market segment of OTC Markets, an international trading platform where 11,000 shares are traded, including some of the world's leading companies.

The bell ringing ceremony will be held online at OTC digital channels, due to the ongoing global  coronavirus pandemic 

Indeed, the company's services have risen exponentially this year as a result of the change in many behaviour habits of companies and individuals in digital environments.

The CEO of the company, Sisco Sapena, the mayor of Lleida, Miquel Pueyo, and the authorities of the  OTC Markets will take part in the ceremony.

During 2020, Lleida.net has become the company that has risen the most on the stock market in Europe and Spain, with a revaluation that has reached 940 percent. 

"Listing in New York will allow us to effectively reach investors in the United States, which is the world's leading market, as well as to show that companies like ours are helping to strengthen the digital signature industry, at a global level, from Europe ", explained the founder of the company, Sisco Sapena.

Sapena, who founded the company in 1995, added: "Our commitment has always been to our more than 2,000 investors, and despite this past year's successes  we will continue to work for them harder than ever."

This afternoon, Lleida.net will become the first company to be listed on the OTC, BME Growth and Euronext Growth (Paris). Its shares will be traded under the LLEIF ticker.

On 14  September, the  General Shareholders' Meeting expressed their approval of this IPO with 99.86% of all votes present.
