Lleida.net starts trading in New York's OTCQX market

Madrid, 2 November - The Spanish company Lleida.net (OTC: LLEIF; BME: LLN; EPA: ALLLN) was listed on the New York Stock Exchange today, in the OTCQX Best Market segment of OTC Markets.

Henceforth, Lleida.net becomes the first company to be listed on BME Growth (Madrid), Euronext Growth (Paris) and on the OTCQX.

Founded by Sisco Sapena in 1995, Lleida.net is the leading European company in the digital signature sector, with offices in 19 countries and with an Intellectual Property portfolio of over 185 global patents.

During 2020, it became the company with the highest growth stock in Europe and one of the world's top stock market successes.

Its shares have risen during this year, up to 940 percent.

Its market value exceeds 150 million euros.

Members of the company's Board of Directors, the mayor of the Spanish city of Lleida, Miquel Pueyo, and the main executives of OTC, where 11,000 securities are listed, have participated in the virtual bell ringing ceremony

Lleida.net provides registered electronic contracting and notification services with in-house technology developed by their IT team.

Over 70 countries recognize their electronic methods as valid before Public Administration and Courts.

“Trading on OTCQX Market  is a key step along the way make Lleida.net into a truly global company,” added Sapena.

During 2020, Lleida.net distributed the first dividends in its history.

On 14 September, the General Shareholders' Meeting expressed their approval of this IPO with 99.86% of all votes present.

“We promised to go public before the United States presidential election, and we have kept our word.” explained Sapena.
