Lleida.net signed contracts worth 672,000 euros across Colo
mbia and Peru in Q4Madrid, 12 February – Spanish-listed company Lleida.net secured contracts worth €672,000 in Colombia and Peru during the fourth quarter of 2024.
The agreements have been signed primarily with government institutions in Colombia and universities in the Andean nation.
In Colombia, the company has entered into contracts with the National Authority for Environmental Licences (ANLA), Andes BPO S.A.S, the Superintendency of the Solidarity Economy, Bogotá District Capital’s Treasury Department, Emtelco S.A.S, the General Maritime Directorate (DIMAR), the Superintendency of Family Subsidy, and the Pensions and Payroll Taxes Unit (UGPP).
Meanwhile, agreements have been signed with the University of Lima, the University of the Pacific, and Indecopi.

Last week, during a post-earnings investor meeting, Sapena announced that its efforts in the region throughout 2025 and 2026.
Lleida.net has maintained a presence in South America since 2014 and serves hundreds of clients across several countries in the region.
The company reported sales of €2.56 million in 2024, marking a 16% increase from the previous year.
revenue stood at €19.05 million an increase of €2.56 million compared to the prior year.
In 2024, Lleida.net recorded an EBITDA of €3.26 million, a significant rise from the €84,000 reported in 2023—an astonishing 3,792% year-on-year growth.
Pre-tax profit saw a 131% increase, with a gain of more than €3.56 million in 2024.
Founded in 1995, Lleida.net has been granted over 300 patents across 60 countries for its innovations in certified notification, contracting, and electronic signatures. It is recognised as a leader in the sector.
The company is publicly listed on stock exchanges in Madrid, Paris, New York, Stuttgart, and Frankfurt.
