ardMadrid, Spain. 30 April 2025 — Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF), the Spanish technology company, will propose the appointment of four new independent board members at its upcoming Annual General Meeting: Anna Bisart Rosell, Teresa Reales Peinado, Ana Serrano Oñate and Sílvia Cunill Calvet.
If approved, the four nominees will join existing board member Arrate Usandizaga, bringing the board to full gender parity for the first time in the company’s history.
The AGM will take place on 5 June in Madrid. The formal call has been filed today with the market as a piece of "Other Relevant Information".
The agenda also includes the voluntary departure of Beatriz García Torre and Jordi Carbonell i Sebarroja, whose service the company warmly acknowledges and appreciates.
“These women bring deep expertise in people, finance, energy and digital transformation—areas that are essential to our next phase of growth,” said Sisco Sapena, CEO of Lleida.net.
“Their fresh perspectives will make our board more dynamic and thorough, which is exactly what Lleida.net needs as we move forward,” he added.
Anna Bisart Rosell brings over 25 years of global talent management experience from companies such as The Knot Worldwide and Johnson & Johnson. She currently chairs the Compensation and Talent Committee at aerospace firm Immfly.
Teresa Reales Peinado has led Finance, Operational Risk and Human Resources for over twenty-five years at Telefónica and its international subsidiaries. She is currently the Director of Financial and Economic Control at the Elsamex Infrastructure Management Group.
Ana Serrano Oñate has spent 40 years in the oil and gas industry, holding senior roles at Equinor and Repsol. She has overseen exploration and energy transition portfolios across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Sílvia Cunill Calvet is chair of the Andorran Banking Resolution Agency and advises tech firms in the contact centre sector. She is a recognised specialist in digital transformation within the banking and insurance industries.
This proposal positions Lleida.net ahead of the curve in complying with Spain’s Organic Law 2/2024, which requires that at least 40% of board members be of the underrepresented gender by June 2026.
These appointments further strengthen the company’s reputation for transparency and alignment with regulatory best practices.
Shareholders will also vote on the approval of the individual and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 fiscal year, including the allocation of results and ratification of board management.
Founded in 1995, Lleida.net is one of Europe’s leading providers of electronic notification, certification and signature services.
