Three new partners teaming up with Lleida.net, before listi

Barcelona, 8 June de 2015. The first registering operator signs the entry of new investors into the shareholding before listing to the MAB. Alfredo Larrea, Lleida net country manager in Brazil, and AOS Technologies Inc. associate partner in Japan, have a 1% capital respectively.

Concurrently, Evolvia SAU, a Sorigue Group company has taken a 1,73% equity stake in Lleida.net. The sale was on a pro rata basis among the major shareholder and the company's founder, Mr Sisco Sapena as well as Santander, Enisa and Sepides investment funds.

About new shareholders in Lleida.net

"Teaming up with the new shareholders strengthens on the one hand, their commitment and involvement in the internationalization process, and on the other hand their ties to investment technologies companies", states Sisco Sapena. Both international partners "are aware of the value of Lleida.net, we must keep in mind they are large global distributors", Sapena stressed.

The shareholders to date , but with slight variations in the percentages are: Sapena 63,5%, the investment fund 28,9%, Evolvia SAU 1,8%, AOS Technologies 1% and Alfredo Larrea another 1%. The remaining shares are divided among small shareholders and Lleida.net staff.

Lleida.net is working to join MAB, next July as Expanding Company. In this operation PWC Services acts as registered advisor and BEKA Finance as an entity setter.

Joining MAB, scheduled for July this year, is the natural next step for Lleida.net, a company with a rich 20 year history experience and expertise.
