Lleida.net increases its turnover by 23% and enters benefi

Barcelona, 22 January 2018.-  Lleida.net, a leading company in electronic certification and notification, has achieved a profit before tax of 52,000 euros, closing the year in positive for the first time since its listing in MAB in October 2015.The IT company has achieved sales of 9.9 million during 2017, 23% more than in the previous year.

The company’s gross margin has reached 5.14 million, one million more than previous year, and accounts for 52% of revenues. As for Ebitda, it stood at 1.3 million compared to 0.5 million in 2016. The EBITDA margin stands at 13.6% compared to 6.9% in the previous year. It should be noted that the increase in profitability has been reconciled with a commitment to the growth of the human, commercial and technical team, representing an increase of 25% in the expenses in this chapter.

Lleida.net is consolidated as benchmark   registered operator in Spain and as a relevant player digitalization process of the economy, providing legal legitimacy in these processes. Lleida.net has 67 patents in electronic certification throughout the world. In 2017 it has obtained patents in Europe and the Gulf Cooperation Council (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates), as well as in the USA, Colombia, China, Australia, Japan New Zealand, Taiwan and South Africa. Increase in sales, in internationalization and decrease in debt

The positive evolution of sales, which are around 10 million, is mainly due to the new large accounts in all the company's business lines. Noteworthy is the increase in the relative weight of SaaS activities (Software as a Service), Registered Electronic Communications and Data Validation which already represent 27% of total sales, after a growth of 28% in the year. In turn wholesale business line has increased its turnover by 42.5%, to 4.3 million euros. The company is advancing in its level of internationalization. International sales already represent 46% of its total revenues. 

Finally, financial indebtedness has registered a significant reduction throughout 2017, moving from 5.1 million last year to 3, 95 at the end of December, which represents a reduction of 22.3%. liquidity position of 1.5 million euros, the net indebtedness of Lleida.net has been reduced to 2.4 million.
