Sisco Sapena
CEOSisco Sapena is the co-founder, CEO and President of Lleida.net, to what he calls "a 25-year-old start-up". Now a pocket-sized multinational with subsidiaries in 19 countries, the company he founded is actually listed on three stock exchanges, Spain, France and the United States (BMEGROWTH:LLN , EURONEXT:ALLLN and OTCQX:LLEIF).
He came through all the stages of financing a company, from selling his own motorcycle to having funds to create Lleida.net in 1995, going through the rain of funds from a venture capital in 2007, an IPO in the Spanish secondary market in 2015 to finally become the only tripled listed Spanish company ringing the bell again in December 2018 and November 2020.
Today the company's stock market value is more than 100 million euros and it is one of the companies that has grown the most in value in Europe since 2020.
Arrate Usandizaga
Executive DirectorArrate Usandizaga became CFO in 2017 .She also serves the company as a member of the Board of Directors. She joined the company as an Auditor and Risk Manager in 2011, and climbed the ranks to become a Chief Administrative Officer and later, the company's CFO.
An auditor by trade, she previously worked in Pricewaterhousecoopers between 2006 and 2010.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Deusto, Spain's oldest private university She has also undertaken the Women on Boards course from the IESE Business School - University of Navarra.
Beatriz García
Head of Interconnection OfficerWith over 12 years of experience in Telecommunications, Beatriz is Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and TU Delft (The Netherlands). She graduated in Management Development IESE Munich-Barcelona.
She worked at Orange España and later in Deloitte as IT auditor. In 2008 she joined Lleida.net at the Routing Department. She enhanced her responsibilities in 2014 when she was appointed Chief Interconnection Officer to develop and to execute Interconnection strategies. Currently she is responsible for redefining the business strategy of the SMS business line.
Pablo Gracia Betorz
Chief eLatam OfficerGraduated in Labour Relations at the University of Murcia, postgraduate degree in Labour Law and MBA in Finance and Markets from ISPTB.
His career has always been linked to the financial sector. With over 10 years of experience in corporate and small company baking services, he has get a deep knowledge about project finance and investments. He will be responsible for expanding Lleida.net in Spain, Latam and to manage investors relations.
Patricia Fernandez Trapiella Chief Operating Officer Europe
More than 20 years’ experience in Digital and Operational Transformation, strategy formulation and new services development.
Wide international experience through global positions for EMEA and LATAM. Management positions at Telefonica, Ooredoo, Nokia and Capgemini Business Consulting. Proven results in Customer Experience and operational efficiencies and revenue growth. Driven to assume new responsibilities and challenging goals in Digital and Transformation of companies leading to business development.
Carolina Nadal Chief Customer Service Officer
Degree in Labour Relations from Escuela Superior de Relaciones Laborales, Lleida and with Law Studies, University of Lleida.
With several years of experience in the Administrative and Financial fields, she joined Lleida.net team four years ago to take charge of the billing of the company. Now she is leading the Customer Service team, contributing with her expertise acquired during her professional career. Her main goal is to meet requirements of all our customers and clients.
Jordi Ramón Piñol
Chief Technical OfficerHigher Technical Certificate in IT Development and Management Information Systems.
Professional Analyst Programmer with over 15 years of experience in the development of mobile messaging servers for multiple protocols and communication certification processes. The aim of the Technical department is to conceptualize solutions and to use strategies focused on Lleida.net technological advances and breakthroughs.
Eva Pané
Chief Compliance OfficerLaw degree from the UAB, Legal Practice Graduate at UAB and Master in Law and New Technologies by ESADE. CESCOM® Compliance Certification
With over ten years of experience in the field of law and technology, I lead Lleida.net regulatory compliance department, and I am in charge of the certifications in information security and qualified services in accordance with eIDAS Regulation. Being aware that developing a solid regulatory compliance framework is of crucial importance in providing confidence in Lleida.net's services, the Compliance Department is meant to be a benchmark for the company, as well as for its employees and for its community of users.
Jordi Figueras Ramon
Chief Project OfficerMSc degree in Telematics by the UPC, and graduated in Electronic Technical Engineering from the UPC.
He founded Conexis, one of the first Internet Access Providers in Spain,while studying his last year at the University. Since then Jordi has grown with Internet and Internet with him, managing international IP networks, managing Tier III and IV data centres, leading development and programming teams, auditing university security standards, companies and administration, managing multiple cyber security projects, implementing cloud computing, ISO regulations, etc.
Nuria Ribas Recasens
Chief HR OfficerDegree in Business Studies from the URV, an MA in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and a Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention in the field of ergonomics and psychosociology from the UOC.
Núria has over 15 years of experience in the HR industry, working in multinational companies in the automotive, chemical and industrial sectors. Her professional development, the different positions she has held within all areas of HR and several periods abroad in London and Eindhoven (Holland), gave her a multicultural approach to her work and helped her to further develop as a professional. She has a strong belief in the strategic value of HR as a means of adding value to organisations as a point of reference for all employees, addressing their needs and identifying their talents, being fundamental in helping people to reach their potential, generating engagement and satisfaction.
Ignacio Javier Martínez Robledo
Chief Intellectual Property OfficerGraduated as an Industrial Engineer after spending one year in the Netherlands where he also studied "International Business and Marketing Studies" and with a postgraduate degree in Engineering in England, Ignacio joined the European Patent Office for 9 years where he was engaged in the fields of electronic-physics. He also attended the academy of patent examiners of the EPO in The Hague and in Munich., He returned to Spain and for over 10 years he worked in one of the leading industrial property agencies where he was responsible for the ICT patents.
He joins Lleida.net to lead the IP dossier, to boost it and to develop it into a wide effective tool for the company business strategy.
Eduard Salla
Chief Business Development OfficerTechnical Engineer in Computer Systems from the UdL, and Master's Degree in Marketing and Advertising Management.
With over 5 years of experience, Eduard developed his final degree project in the field of human computer interaction. His knowledge and training in online marketing highlights his professional goals in acknowledging customer’s needs in order to provide flexible, intuitive and tailored solutions, thus making the process of digital transformation simple and effective.
