Lleida.net to raise its sales by 11% in 3Q19 and accumulat

es 13Qs with positive EBITDA

Madrid, 14 October.- Lleida.net, the technology services company (BME: LLM; EURONEXT: ALLLN) closed the third quarter of 2019 with an increase in sales of 11% over the same period last year, it currently  accumulates 13 quarters with positive EBITDA.

The company presented today to the Madrid Stock Exchange and the Paris Stock Exchange its preview of consolidated results for the third quarter of 2019.

During this time the company invoiced 3.38 million euros and the accumulated sales of the year reaches 9.43 million euros, with a gross margin of 4.9 million (12% more than last year at this time)

EBITDA for the period reached 631,000 euros, or 52% more than the one recorded in the third quarter of 2018, and the accumulated so far in 2019 is 1.47 million euros.

The gross margin of Lleida.net, who has continued to invest in the last year both in R&D+i and in its internationalization policy, increased by 20% to €1.7 million.

This positive result is due to the upward trend in sales registered by the Software as a Service (SaaS) line, which grew by 18% during the period up to 854,000 euros.

The company's three business lines (SaaS, ICX Wholesale and SMS) recorded important growth during the last quarter, confirming the company's position in the market.  

"In the last three years we have focused our full potential on improving our technological services, signing agreements in some of the world's main markets and attracting new talent, and of course, figures are coming along with the effort" said Sisco Sapena, founder and CEO of the company.

In the last year, the company has hired sales staff in Peru, Colombia and Mexico and technical personnel in Madrid and Lleida. Staff has increased by 26%, while human resources spending has increased by 18%.

During this period, the company has reached milestones such as the signing of an agreement with the Indian multinational company The Professional Courier to distribute its products in the United Arab Emirates.

An interconnection agreement with China Mobile and China Telecom, with more than one billion customers was also signed.

An agreement was also signed with the Polish subsidiary of the French BNP Paribas Bank to use the technology of the Spanish company to digitalize debt and recovering claim processes of the entity, which work under the name Commercial of BNP Paribas Bank Polska.

"By 2020, the company will focus on enhancing areas of high added value such as recognition and identity verification systems via video conference, in order to become a key player in the eSignature industry," said  Sapena

Currently, the company has over 100 patents granted on electronic certification patents across world, including the EU, Colombia, China, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Taiwan, South Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates)

On 27 December, it became the first Spanish company to receive eIDAS approval in eDelivery for its Registered email system, allowing its electronic certificate to be admitted by default by any European court or administration.

This type-approval means that it can be used at European level without any national restriction, and their certifications should be admitted by default by any European court or administration.

In the MAB, the value of the quotation has raised by 11.83% as of last Friday and records a price of 1.04 euros per share. At Euronext Growth, in Paris, where it started quoting last December, the share price stands at 0.99 euros.

Stock capitalization of the company amounts to 16.69 million euros.
