Sisco Sapena buys 29,000 shares of Lleida.net and takes con
trol of 35.09 percent of the companyMadrid, 8 March - Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTC:LLEIF) CEO Sisco Sapena, acquired last week 29,131 new shares of the company he founded in 1995, according to a regulatory announcement filed today before the Spanish authorities.
The weighted average price of the purchase was 2.81 euros per share, which makes Sapena the owner of 35.09 per cent of the company.
Lleida.net is the European leader in the registered electronic signature, notification, and contracting industry.
It is listed on the New York, Madrid, and Paris stock exchanges.
On February 25, after the company's 2021 earnings presentation, Sapena bought 64,700 shares at an average price of 64,700 shares.
The purchase of the securities reaffirms, once again, the commitment and confidence of the executive in the future of the company, which last year obtained the best results in its history.
The company has offices in 18 countries, and its innovation processes have been recognised with more than 205 patents in some 60 countries.
