Barcelona, 12 July.- Lleida.net the leading company in electronic notification and certification has signed a collaboration deal with Certisign, the current leader in the Brazilian market for digital certificates. The agreement will provide Lleida.net the chance to become a technology partner of Certisign for notification and contracting services via email. As a result of the agreement Lleida.net will strengthen its activity with the local branch in Brazil.

Lleida.net and Certisign will provide together a range of complementary products in the Brazilian market, which will allow companies to access innovative solutions aimed at improving the digitization of its processes, especially within the scope of online identification and contracting.

Certisign provides solutions both to individuals and sme’s, especially to big companies. The Brazilian group holds a market share of 40% and has issued more than 9 million certificates. It also has more than 1,600 points of sale and 8 offices spread over in the country.

Lleida.net has launched an expansion plan being the Latin American continent one of its main priorities.  In this regard, the group has recently set up subsidiaries in Costa Rica and Peru, stable markets with a strong potential for growth.
