Chinese authorities grant Lleida.net (BME: LLN) the patent

Madrid .- The State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China has granted Lleida.net (BME:LLN) the patent for its Registered email receipt system called "METHOD FOR RECORDING AND CERTIFYING THE RECEPTION OF E-MAIL which was registered on June 22 with number CN 104782086 B for a 20 - year period.

This grant raise to 3 the number of patents in China on methods of certification, electronic contracting and electronic notification available to Lleida.net and raise to 76 the patents granted for these services worldwide. These patents provide Lleida.net a distinct advantage in a strategic market in the coming decade.

At present, Lleida.net has patents granted in the United States, the European Union, Taiwan, Japan, Colombia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the Gulf Cooperation Council (which unites Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman , Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates).

According to studies published by P & S Market Research, it is estimated that the market for electronic contracting, or esignature, will grow six times in the next five years, until it becomes a market of approximately 9,000 million dollars per year.  

The method of Lleida.net allows the company to act as digital witness in any electronic notification or electronic contracting generating a certificate with legal validity that can serve as evidence in court to prove the sending, the content and delivery of information.

Currently, over 70 countries recognize the legal validity of electronic methods as a way to certify legal notifications in contracting processes.

Lleida.net has recorded an increase in the share price of 62.69 percent since it began in 2018, to 1.09 euros. The current capitalization of the company exceeds 17.49 million euros.
