Duly registered Users can buy on the Website by conventional means and forms. They must follow the online purchase and/or acquisition procedure of www.lleida.net, where several services can be selected and added to the cart, basket or final purchase space and, finally, click on "Buy

Next, the User will receive an email confirming that Lleida.net has received their order or request for purchase and/or provision of the service, that is, the order confirmation.

The validity of the credits purchased does not expire.
Once the purchase procedure has concluded, the User consents that the Website issues an electronic invoice (PDF) sent to the User via email. Likewise, if they wish, the User can obtain a copy of their hard copy invoice, requesting it from Lleida.net using the contact spaces on the Website or through the contact details provided above.
The User acknowledges being up-to-date, at the time of purchase, of certain particular conditions of sale that concern the product and/or service in question and that are shown next to the presentation or, where appropriate, its image on its page of the Website; and acknowledges that the completion of the purchase or acquisition order materialises the complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale applicable to each case.
The communications, purchase orders, and payments that intervene during the transactions carried out on the Website could be filed and kept in the computerised registries of Lleida.net to constitute a means of proof of the transactions, in any case, respecting the reasonable security conditions and the laws and regulations in force that are applicable in this regard, and particularly taking into account Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of people about the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, and the rights that assist to Users following the privacy policy of this Website.
4. AVAILABILITY
All purchase orders received by Lleida.net through the Website are subject to the availability of services and/or to the fact that no circumstance or force majeure (clause nine of these Conditions) affects the provision of services. If the provision of service becomes unfeasible, Lleida.net undertakes to contact the User and reimburse any amount that may have been paid as an amount.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of the credits displayed on the Website are end prices and include taxes unless due to legal requirements, especially VAT, a different question is indicated and applied.
The currency in which the purchase is made will be in Euros (EUR); if the User at the time of formalising the purchase is in the United States, the currency available for the purchase will be US dollars (USD) and if it is in Colombia, in Colombian pesos (COP). In no case will the Website add additional costs to the price of a product or service automatically, but only those that the User has selected and chosen voluntarily and freely.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.

Lleida.net uses all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. As such, the Website uses a secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing bank; if the entity does not authorise payment, Lleida.net will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not formalise any contract with the User.
Once Lleida.net receives the User's purchase order through the Website, a pre-authorisation will be made on the corresponding card to ensure sufficient funds to complete the transaction According to the times established, the charge will be made when the delivery confirmation and/or confirmation of the service provided is sent to the USER
Following the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, on Value Added Tax (VAT), purchase orders for their provision will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in the Spanish region except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at all times depending on the specific item.
Purchases in which the User is in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of Law 37/1992 and Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties following the regulations in force in each of these territories.
Following that line, and following Chapter I of Title V of Council Directive 2006/112 of November 28, 2006, on the standard VAT system, purchase orders will be located, for their provision, in that State Member of the European Union in which the address that appears in the purchase order is located and, therefore, the applicable VAT will be the one in force in said Member State.
For the rest of the locations, the regulations in force will be applied.
6. ACTIVATION OF THE SERVICE
Given the nature of the services, it does not proceed to make any physical delivery of them, but instead, they are made available through a user's activation.
Once the User is activated, the credentials are provided through the email provided in the registration process.

The activation of the services occurs when Lleida.net receives full payment of all amounts due to the purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Lleida.net offers free credits added to those purchased by the User at the time of activation of the services.
7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
The User is informed that in case he detects that an error has occurred when entering the data necessary to process his purchase on the Website, he may modify them by contacting Lleida.net through the spaces of contact enabled, and, where appropriate, through those allowed to contact customer service, and/or using the contact information provided in the first clause (General information).

8. RETURNS
When the User acquires services at or through the owner's Website, they are assisted by a series of rights, as listed and described below:
Right of Withdrawal
The User acknowledges knowing that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as stated in article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the General Law's revised text for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
In this same sense, the provision of a service that the User could contract on this Website is governed, since this same Law establishes that the Right of withdrawal will not assist Users when the provision of the service has been fully executed or when it has begun, with the express consent of the consumer and User and with the acknowledgement on their part that they are aware that, once Lleida.net has fully executed the contract, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
If its execution has not begun, you will have the right to withdraw from the said purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
This withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from when the service is activated by delivering the credentials. To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify its decision to Lleida.net. He may do so by sending an email to [email protected].
Regardless of the means they choose to communicate their decision; the User must clearly and unequivocally express that it intends to withdraw from the purchase contract. To meet the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication that unequivocally expresses the decision to withdraw is sent before the corresponding period expires
In the event of withdrawal, Lleida.net will reimburse the User for all payments received, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Lleida.net is informed of the decision of desisting by the User.
Lleida.net will reimburse the User using the same payment method used by the User to carry out the initial purchase transaction. This refund will not generate any additional cost to the User. And it must do so without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date Lleida.net was informed of the withdrawal decision.
Return of defective services
When the User considers that at the time of activation of the service, it does not comply with the Condition’ provisions and its annexe 1. Therefore, they should contact Lleida.net immediately and let you know the existing disagreement (defect/error) by the same means or using the contact information provided in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).
The User will then be informed about how to proceed with the services`return, which will be examined following the request and specifications indicated by the User, and the User will be informed, within a reasonable time, if the refund proceeds.
The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.
The amount paid for those services that are returned due to a defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed for the costs that the User may have incurred to make the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment that the User used the purchase.
In any case, the rights recognized in the legislation in force at all times for the User, as consumer and user, will always be respected.
Warranties
Lleida.net will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the User, their employees or third parties, except for what is established in Law 22/1994, of July 6, on civil liability for damages caused by defective products, and such as indicated in the section Return services.
9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Lleida.net limits its liability in the following cases:
- Lleida.net applies all measures concerning to provide an accurate display of the product on the Website; however, it is not responsible for the minimum differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to lack of resolution of the screen or problems of the browser that is used or others of this nature.
- Due to fortuitous or other causes, technical failures prevent the service's regular operation through the Internet. Lack of availability of the Website for maintenance or other reasons prevents the availability of the service Lleida.net uses all the means at its disposal to carry out the purchase and payment process; however, it disclaims responsibility for causes that are not attributable to it, unforeseeable circumstances, or force majeure.
10. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

11. WAIVER
No waiver by Lleida.net of a specific right or legal action or the lack of requirement by Lleida.net of strict compliance by the User of any of its obligations will imply, nor a waiver of other rights or actions derived from a contract or the Conditions, nor will it exonerate the User from compliance with their obligations.
No resignation by Lleida.net to any of these Conditions or the rights or actions derived from a contract will take effect unless it is expressly established that it is a resignation, and it is formalised and communicated to the User in writing.
12. NULLITY
If any of these Conditions were declared null and void by a final resolution issued by a competent authority, the rest of the clauses would remain in force without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Conditions and any document to which express reference is made in these constitute the entire agreement existing between the User and Lleida.net about the object of sale and replace any other prior pact, agreement or promise agreed verbally or in writing the same parts.
The User and Lleida.net acknowledge having consented to the conclusion of a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party, except for what is expressly mentioned in these Conditions.
14. DATA PROTECTION
The information or personal data that the User provides to Lleida.net in the course of a transaction on the Website will be treated following the provisions of the Privacy or data protection Policy (contained, where appropriate, in the Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use) By accessing, browsing and/or using the Website, the User consents to the processing of said information and data and declares that all the information or data provided are accurate.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Access, navigation and / or use of this Website and the contracts for the purchase of services through it will be governed by Spanish legislation.

Likewise, suppose a dispute arises from the conclusion of this purchase contract between Lleida.net and the User. In that case, the User as a consumer may request an out-of-court solution of disputes, following Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of May 21, 2013, on online dispute resolution in consumer matters and amending Regulation (EC) 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC. A1. Serviços de notificação eletrônica
Para contabilizar os serviços certificados, entende-se que uma (1) unidade certificada é (1) uma mensagem SMS certificada com até 612 caracteres (sem o uso de caracteres UNICODE) ou um e-mail certificado com até 5 MB, incluindo anexos. Os e-mails podem pesar um máximo de 20 MB incluindo os anexos, nesse caso conta como 4 unidades certificadas (5 MB por unidade certificada). Cada seção de até 612 caracteres ou 5 MB contará como uma (1) unidade certificada.
Os documentos de evidências gerados pelos serviços de notificação eletrónica são mantidos por um período de 5 anos, incluído nas tarifas aplicáveis.
SMS Certificado: Serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de comunicações e um prestador de serviços de confiança, disponibiliza sua rede ao utilizador para a entrega de uma mensagem curta de dados endereçada a um número de telemóvel e, posteriormente, emite um documento de evidências assinado digitalmente, com um carimbo de data e hora, que certifica o número do remetente e do destinatário, o conteúdo da mensagem e o momento do envio e da entrega da mensagem, na medida em que o permita a rede de interligação e as características correspondentes à operadora de destino. O serviço tem variantes na tipologia de cômputo e tarifação. Consulte o Atendimento ao Cliente.
E-mail certificado: Serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de prestador de serviços de confiança, recebe, reencaminha e entrega um e-mail de um utilizador remetente para um ou mais utilizadores destinatários, gerando um documento de evidências assinado digitalmente que certifica o endereço de e-mail de origem, endereços de e-mail de destino, conteúdo da mensagem e entrega na caixa de entrada de e-mail do servidor de destino. Da mesma forma, é anexado um ficheiro com informação relativa ao acesso ao conteúdo do e-mail certificado. Este anexo é gerado automaticamente no caso de ser realizado transferência de um pixel inserido no e-mail certificado. Uma vez que a transferência do pixel é uma ação fora do controlo da Lleida.net, esta não é responsável pela informação obtida através da referida transferência, nem por quaisquer danos e prejuízos que possam derivar dela. Este serviço possui a variante FATURA CERTIFICADA. Consulte para obter mais informações.
Receção certificada: serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de comunicações e prestador de serviços de confiança, disponibiliza ao utilizador cliente uma caixa de correio de e-mail que gera uma evidência dos e-mails recebidos, emitindo um documento de evidências assinado digitalmente. Serviço também disponível por SMS na sua qualidade de operadora de telecomunicações.
Openum: serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de prestador de serviços de confiança, certifica se uma mensagem de e-mail enviada a partir da plataforma https://admin.openum.eu ou https://tools.lleida.net foi aberta ou lida, emitindo um documento de evidências assinado digitalmente que recolhe os eventos de envio do e-mail e o evento de acesso a um URL gerido pela Lleida.net no qual estão hospedados um ou vários documentos anexados tipo PDF.
Openum,Lleida.net as telecom operator certifies whether an email message sent from the platform https://adminsecret.lleida.net has been opened or read. This is certified by an access event to an URL managed by Lleida.net where a PDF document is allocated. A2. Serviços de contratação eletrónica
A fim de poder contabilizar e carrregar mensagens certificadas para o cliente, será considerada uma unidade certificada uma mensagem SMS certificada de até 612 caracteres (sem a utilização de caracteres UNICODE) ou um e-mail certificado de até 5 MB, incluindo anexos. Os e-mails podem ter um máximo de 20 MB incluindo os anexos, nesse caso será contabilizada como 4 unidades certificadas (5 MB por unidade certificada). Cada seção de até 612 caracteres ou 5 MB contará como uma (1) unidade certificada. No caso dos serviços de contrato certificado (Contrato SMS ou Contrato e-mail), será considerada uma unidade certificada para cada mensagem enviada ou resposta recebida.
Contrato SMS Certificado: serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de comunicações e prestador de serviços de confiança, disponibiliza sua rede ao utilizador para a entrega de uma mensagem curta de dados endereçada a um número de telemóvel, bem como para a receção da resposta à mensagem enviada, emitindo um documento de evidências assinado digitalmente, com um carimbo de data e hora, que certifica o número do remetente e do destinatário, o conteúdo da mensagem inicial e da resposta, o momento da entrega da mensagem inicial e da resposta, tudo isso se for possível.
Contrato email certificado: serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de comunicações e prestador de serviços de confiança, recebe numa caixa de entrada de e-mail criada para o cliente, um e-mail para a reencaminhar e entregar, com os ficheiros anexados, caso existam, a um e-mail de destino. O destinatário tem a possibilidade de responder e anexar ficheiros. Depois da resposta ser dada, é gerado um documento de evidências assinado digitalmente que certifica o endereço de e-mail de origem, o endereço de e-mail do destinatário, o conteúdo da mensagem e a entrega na caixa de entrada de e-mail de destino e a resposta, se houver; tudo isso com os anexos que foram incluídos no processo.
Connectaclick Basic: serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de comunicações e prestador de serviços de confiança, certifica um processo de contratação lançado a partir da plataforma https://tools.lleida.net, incluindo a certificação de um e-mail e a certificação de um evento que ocorreu num URL gerido pela Lleida.net através do qual é atribuída conformidade, premindo um botão para assinar ou aceitar o documento enviado por e-mail e o seu anexo em fsuporte PDF hospedado num URL gerido pela Lleida.net.
A3. Serviços de comunicações não certificadas
SMS: serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de comunicações eletrónicas, fornece uma plataforma para o envio de mensagens SMS curtas para telemóveis de todas as operadoras móveis, sujeitas à cobertura existente no momento do envio, com o remetente numérico fornecido pela LLEIDA.NET ou o remetente personalizado em formato alfanumérico (até 11 caracteres). Este serviço inclui a possibilidade de receber um aviso de receção, a pedido do utilizador, notificando a entrega em todas as operadoras em que o serviço seja suportado. No caso de usar a opção de remetente personalizado, de um texto de até 11 caracteres ou de um número de telefone diferente do atribuído ao utilizador, não será possível a receção de respostas. Nem todas as operadoras móveis permitem o envio de SMS com remetente personalizado, razão pela qual, estes não terão garantia de entrega.
2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION SMS: Serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de telecomunicações, envia uma mensagem de texto com um código OTP, que deve ser introduzido numa landing page da qual é devolvido um resultado de validaçãoo. O processo é caracterizado pelo fato do remetente do SMS não conhecer o código OTP, nem a Lleida.net sabe de onde ele é usado, sendo o destinatário da mensagem o único que conhece a informação completa. Serviço disponível através da integração da API que se encontra em https://api.lleida.net. O serviço pode ser prestado através do envio de um SMS CERTIFICADO.
MMS: Serviço pelo qual a Lleida.net, na sua qualidade de operadora de comunicações eletrónicas, fornece uma plataforma para o envio de mensagens multimédia MMS para telemóveis de todas as operadoras móveis, sujeitas à cobertura existente no momento do envio, com o remetente numérico fornecido pela LLEIDA.NET ou o remetente personalizado em formato alfanumérico (até 11 caracteres). Este serviço inclui a possibilidade de receber um aviso de receção, a pedido do utilizador, notificando a entrega em todas as operadoras em que o serviço seja suportado. No caso de usar a opção de remetente personalizado, de um texto de até 11 caracteres ou de um número de telefone diferente do atribuído ao utilizador, não será possível a receção de respostas. Nem todas as operadoras móveis permitem o envio de MMS com remetente personalizado, razão pela qual, estes não terão garantia de entrega. Serviço disponível na modalidade certificada.
A4. Serviços de validação de dados
Validação de telefone: o serviço permite determinar uma série de informações associadas a um telemóvel através do uso da tecnologia ENUM. A Lleila.net facultará, em função da modalidade contratada do serviço, a seguinte informação:
Check Network: Consulta da operadora à qual pertence o número móvel/fixo (Tempo de resposta < 50 milissegundos).
Check All: Consulta da operadora e do estado em que se encontra (existe ou não existe e se está ativo) o número móvel.
Email Checker: o serviço da Lleida.net verifica a existência de um e-mail e comunica o resultado ao cliente. Serviço disponível apenas através da API.
eKYC OCR: Serviço através do qual os dados capturados através de fotografias dos documentos de identificação, os quais são devolvidos para o seu tratamento. Serviço disponível apenas através da API (consulte http://api.lleida.net/dtd/stampid/v2/es/).
OCR: Captures the front and back of the identification documents,and the data is returned through optical character recognition (OCR) technology. That is, it returns the fields that normally contain data.
VALIDATION Checks the validity of an id document through the analysis of the MRZ lines. DOCUMENT: Service whereby through the capture of certain documents, such as invoices, returns the value of the following fields:
MPAN in bills from energy providers ( electricity, gas...)
eKYC Docs: Serviço pelo qual é comprovada a validade de um documento de identificação, verificando sua integridade através da análise do código MRZ. Através da captura a frente e o verso do documento, são validados os parâmetros de ausência/presença das medidas de segurança dos mesmos, devolvendo um relatório com o resultado da análise. Serviço disponível apenas através da API (consulte http://api.lleida.net/dtd/stampid/v2/es/).
eKYC Video: Consiste de um procedimento de identificação não presencial por meio de videoconferência que pode ser assistida ou automática, no qual se inclui o processo de validação de documentos.
O serviço faz uma gravação da videoconferência e captura as imagens da frente e do verso do documento de identidade e de uma selfie usando a solução Web SDK. Após a captura ser realizada, da validação das imagens obtém-se uma série de parâmetros de validação de identidade, nos quais se inclui a biometria facial. Após a análise, o sistema realiza uma validação dos parâmetros obtidos, podendo definir diferentes lógicas de acordo com as necessidades do negócio.
Após o processo de identificação, são recolhidos como evidência:
a) Frente do documento de identidade tirado durante a videoconferência.
b) Verso do documento de identidade tirado durante a videoconferência.
c) Fotografia da pessoa em questão tirada durante a videoconferência.
(d) Data e hora de início da sessão
(e) Data e hora de fim da sessão.
f) Resultado da validação (Positiva ou negativa)
g) Geolocalização da pessoa interessada de acordo com o dispositivo utilizado e autorização do utilizador (opcional).
(h) Detalhes técnicos da validação.
i) Vídeo do processo de identificação.
e são validados os seguintes parâmetros:
Presença/ausência de medidas de segurança dos documentos de identidade utilizados no processo de identificação. Permitindo definir por parte do negócio do cliente o nível de exigência e lógica de aceitação com base nos parâmetros disponíveis
Correspondência da fotografia da pessoa interessada com o documento de identidade utilizado no processo de identificação com base na % de correspondência facial obtida.
O processo de validação dos parâmetros será fornecido pelo CLIENTE, ou, quando apropriado, pelo cliente final.
Uma vez terminada a gravação, todos os dados anteriores e o vídeo gerado são recolhidos num documento de evidências através do qual todos os eventos ocorridos durante o processo de identificação através da videoconferência são certificados, como um terceiro de confiança, incluindo a data de início e fim da sessão, nome e número do documento de identidade da pessoa interessada, resultado da identificação, hash dos vídeos gerados e como ficheiros anexos são incluídos os dados descritos acima.
Modalidades
A LLEIDA.NET coloca à disposição do CLIENTE diferentes modalidades de prestação do mesmo, dependendo do grau de automatização do processo de identificação por vídeo:
a) Negligenciado: A aprovação da identificação da pessoa interessada é feita automaticamente a partir dos parâmetros acordados entre a LLEIDA.NET e o CLIENTE, e com base nos parâmetros recolhidos da validação da frente, verso e fotografia do documento de identidade utilizado no processo de identificação.
b) Post approval: A aprovação da identificação da pessoa interessada é feita manualmente pelo CLIENTE através do BackOffice ou API à sua disposição posteriormente após a realização da videoconferência, tendo como material de apoio os dados recolhidos na mesma e os resultados do serviço ID Cloud.
(c) Mista: A aprovação da identificação é feita automaticamente a partir dos parâmetros acordados entre a LLEIDA.NET e o CLIENTE. Se estes parâmetros não forem respeitados, a aprovação passa para a modalidade Post approval.
Para a integração, a LLEIDA.NET fornecerá um SDK (Software Development Kit) que pode ser utilizado o CLIENTE para adaptar a solução ao seu fluxo e look & feel. Esta personalização pode ser feita pelo cliente final ou pela LLEIDA.NET de acordo com as necessidades e/ou capacidades do cliente.
Na fase de definição do projeto, devem ser definidos os parâmetros e valores a ter em conta para que a identificação seja negativa.
A5. CLICK & SIGN
CLICK & SIGN é um processo que combina os diferentes serviços da Lleida.net com a finalidade de assinar documentos. Ao iniciar o processo por meio de um SMS ou e-mail certificado com um link anexado, ao aceder ao mesmo são realizados eventos de assinatura eletrónica.
Os elementos utilizados pelo serviço são os seguintes:
CLICK&SIGN START: o SMS ou e-mail certificado que inicia o processo que inclui um link para uma página de destino.
CLICK&SIGN OTP: o SMS certificado que enviam um código OTP (One Time Password).
CLICK&SIGN BASE: os elementos de assinatura do processo na página de destino podem ser: botão de aceitação, OTP, botão com grafo. Inclui 3 SMS e 10 e-mails de lembrete não certificados.
CLICK&SIGN REMINDER: SMS ou e-mails certificados para enviar como lembretes ao assinante
CLICK&SIGN UPLOAD FILES: evento não certificado para carregar ficheiros. São permitidos até cinco (5) ficheiros de, no máximo, 4 MB cada. Os tipos de ficheiros permitidos são .pdf, .jpg e .png.
CLICK&SIGN REGISTERED UPLOAD FILES: evento certificado para carregar ficheiros. São permitidos até cinco (5) ficheiros de, no máximo, 4 MB cada. Os tipos de ficheiros permitidos são .pdf, .jpg e .png. Os ficheiros de imagem são armazenados comprimidos no documento de evidências.
O processo é configurado combinando os elementos anteriores, podendo parametrizar vários documentos, assinantes e níveis de assinantes.
A configuração deve ser feita através da API disponível em https://api.clickandsign.eu e também permite determinadas configurações através da plataforma Web disponível em https://admin.clickandsign.eu.
No final do processo, é gerado um certificado que recolhe todos os eventos que foram usados para a assinatura; o documento de evidências é mantido pela Lleida.net durante cinco (5) anos.
A6. OPENUM
Serviço pelo qual é certificado, se for acedido, o conteúdo de uma mesangem de e-mail enviada a partir da plataforma https://admin.openum.eu . A Lleida.net certifica o evento de acesso a um URL gerido pela Lleida.net no qual é alojado um anexo do tipo PDF. Serviço também disponível via API.
Os elementos utilizados pelo serviço são os seguintes:
OPENUM START: o SMS ou correio certificado que inicia o processo que inclui um link para um URL onde o documento ou documentos a serem notificados estão alojados. Obrigatório.
OPENUM BASE: certifica de que o URL foi acedido. Obrigatório.
OPENUM REMINDER: SMS ou e-mails certificados para enviar como lembretes ao destinatário. Opcional.
No final do processo, é gerado um documento de evidências que recolhe todos os eventos que foram usados para a assinatura e que é guardado pela Lleida.net durante cinco (5) anos. No caso do processo expirar, é emitido um documento de evidências para esse efeito.
